• Roof Structure: The roof is fully completed and ready.
• Swimming Pool: Construction of the swimming pool has been completed, offering a glimpse of the luxurious amenities awaiting our homeowners.
• Landscaping: The deck area is now beautifully landscaped with irrigation networks fully installed.
• Façade Work: Aluminum and glass installations are progressing steadily, enhancing the building’s elegant exterior design.
• Clubhouse & Gym: The clubhouse structure and architectural work are complete, with gym equipment delivered on-site and ready for setup.

Ongoing Activities

In addition to these achievements, the following activities are currently underway:

• Ground floor infrastructure for parking.
• Ground floor landscaping, including the building entrance.
• Completion of tiling on a few remaining floors in Block A.
• Installation of kitchen units, wardrobes, and door joinery.
• Final fixtures such as bathroom fittings, grills, and lights.
• Final touch-ups for painting.
